Who Am I?

My name is Rob Duffy. I am a Personal & Business Coach in Dublin. My mission is to help people see their true potential, help them find their purpose and meaning in their lives and raise them up to believe in themselves helping them become unstoppable forces in the world.

How Did I Get Into Coaching?

Changing career in 2013, I went from working a secure job for 15 years which didn’t satisfy an inner desire, to finishing a Hons BSc degree and setting up my Coaching Practice embarking on this transformational coaching work with clients.

Why You Should Get in Touch?

I know what it feels like to be less than satisfied by the direction life is going in. I realised that ‘nobody was coming to save me’ and that if I wanted to achieve personal freedom and happiness, I was going to have to step out of my comfort zone.

Are You Ready For A Breakthrough?

I made the decision to leave my old career in 2011 and set a list of goals to be achieved to make the transition from where I was to where I am now. Let me help you do something similar!

I Love Working With People Like You!

Having accepted a subpar life for too long, working a job I didn’t get pleasure from, I decided to follow my passion and purpose in 2013 by leaving and decided to help people overcome their own limiting mindsets and beliefs systems.

I completed my undergraduate degree later the same year in Social Sciences (with Psychology) and became accredited with the Irish Lifecoach Institute in early 2015.

I graduated from the Innovation Academy in University College Dublin (UCD) in 2015 having studied Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Enterprise.

I trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner having completed my accreditation at the Institute for Health Sciences in Dublin in 2016.

I have worked with Aware as a volunteer on their Life Skills Programme which facilitates clients who are suffering from depression and anxiety.

In this programme, clients work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based structure, to identify areas of life where their thoughts, behaviours and feelings are originating and with new awareness the client can attempt to bring themselves some new insights to cope better, hopefully overcoming ingrained patterns of negative thinking.

I continue to work with individuals from all over the world coaching and mentoring positive changes, helping them create more freedom in their lives helping them move forward and reach their goals.

I love helping clients improve performance, freeing up time, planning and scheduling, adjusting and removing unhelpful beliefs, increasing motivation and also addressing procrastination issues, where they show up in the our lives.

By holding a space in one-to-one coaching sessions, people are held accountable to themselves and the objectives they outline.

I love helping conscientious, often shy and sensitive types of people to find their inner strength and bring their gifts to the world. I would love to help you do the same! Feel free to grab a free Breakthrough Call with me to identify how to draw out some of your own excellence!

I work with clients around the globe with the help of the internet.

I also have a passion for human freedom and liberty. In 2016, I became a board member of European Students for Liberty and took the role of Regional Director in Ireland, the United Kingdom & Benelux region.

This is a classical liberal/libertarian NGO which aims to educate, empower and develop young people to become the future leaders and innovators of the world.

I also become the Director of Development at the British Conservation Alliance where the aim is to change the narrative on environmental issues and advocacy of market-based solutions to climate issues.

I occasionally produce a Podcast which you can find here.

I am also a part-time musician and play guitar and sing. You can check my YouTube channel here
