Having accepted a subpar life for myself for too long, working a job I didn’t get any pleasure from, I decided to follow my passion and purpose in 2013 by leaving that job and deciding to help people overcome their own limiting mindsets and belief systems.
I completed my undergraduate degree later the same year in Social Sciences (with Psychology) and became accredited with the Irish Lifecoach Institute in early 2015.
I graduated from the Innovation Academy in University College Dublin (UCD) in 2015 having studied Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Enterprise.
I trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner having completed my accreditation at the Institute for Health Sciences in Dublin in 2016.
I have worked with Aware as a volunteer on their Life Skills Programme which facilitates clients who are suffering with depression and anxiety.
On this programme, clients works through a Congnitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based stucture, to identify areas of life where their thoughts, behaviours and feelings are originating and with new awareness the client can attempt to bring themselves some new insights to cope better, hopefully overcoming ingrained patterns of negative thinking.
I continue to work with individuals from all over the world coaching and mentoring positive changes, helping them moving forward and reaching their goals.
I love helping clients improve performance, freeing up time, planning and scheduling procedures, adjusting and removing unhelpful values and beliefs, increasing motivation and also addressing procrastination issues, where they show up in the clients lives.
By holding a space in one-to-one coaching sessions, my clients are held accountable to themselves and the objectives they outline.
I love helping shy and sensitive introverted types of people to find their inner strength and bring their gifts to the world. I would love to help you do the same! Feel free to grab a free Breakthrough Call with me to identify how to draw out some of your own excellence!
I work with clients around the globe with the help of internet.
I also have a passion for freedom and liberty and in 2016, I became a board member of European Students for Liberty and took the role of Regional Director on Ireland, United Kingdom & Benelux regions.
This is a classical liberal/libertarian NGO which aims to educate, empower and develop young people to become the future leaders and innovators of the world.
I have also recently become the Director of Development at the British Conservation Alliance where we aim to change the narrative on environmental issues and aim to push for market based solutions.
I occasionally produce a Podcast which you can find here.
I am also a part-time musician and play guitar and sing. You can check my YouTube channel here
