Day 1: The Purge (Hour 0–24)

Delete the dopamine-draining apps. Clear the browser history. No junk food. Clear your desk. We are clearing the 'cache' of your life

The Mission: Remove the “Leaks.”

The Tasks:

  1. Digital Lockdown: Delete any app that you use to “escape” (social media, betting, etc.). No exceptions for 72 hours.

  2. Environment Reset: Clear your physical desk or the room you spend the most time in. If your environment is chaotic, your mind will be too.

  3. The Fast: No junk food and no “scrolling” after 9:00 PM. Go to bed with your thoughts.

Day 2: The Confrontation (Hour 25–48)

Focus on the physical: Cold showers and 20 mins of movement & 'The Truth Write'

The Mission: The “Truth Write.”

The Tasks:

Physical Shock: Start the day with 20 minutes of intense movement (pushups, a heavy run, or a cold shower).

The Truth Write: Sit with a pen and paper. Answer these 3 questions:

  1. What is the one habit that makes me feel most ashamed when I am alone?
  2. If I stay on my current path for 5 more years, who do I become?
  3. What am I most afraid people will find out about me?

The Acceptance: Read your answers aloud. Stop hiding the data from yourself.

Day 3: The Sovereignty Shift (Hour 49–72)

Establish the "Lead." Stop being a spectator in your own life. Today is about moving from 'Safe Mode' to 'Active Command.'

The Mission: Establish the “Lead.”

The Tasks:

    1. The Hard Conversation: Identify one truth you’ve been withholding from someone in your life. Speak it today.

    2. The Career Audit: Write down the exact amount of money you need to earn to feel “free,” and list the three biggest obstacles stopping you.
